Mytee-Lite ll 8070

Went to use my 8070 the other day and for some reason water does not come out when I pull the lever. It seems like the pump has gone out on my 8070. Has anyone else had this issue?
 
What type of water are you using? Are you sure it's not clogged from hard water? I have had to clean my handle numerous times over the years...pump is still fine and I only use distilled water and will soak the handle in vinegar once in a while.

I talked with Mytee when I first got it and they said using tap water is fine, so thats what I use. Do you take the handle apart at all, or just stick the whole thing in vinegar?
