My trip to Maine. - A picture story.

Maine is awesome.
I spend most of my summers there as a kid visiting my Nana in Bar Harbor.Picking up lobsters right off the boat is about as fresh a I can remember getting and real scallops are huge, unlike the tiny shark tail plugs most places pass off as scallops.

actually there are 2 types of (real) scallops. Bay scallops and ocean scallops. If you really need to know if the ones you are eating are real, the fake ones are all uniform in size and shape.

Rockport (samoset resort) and Kittery.

Kinda figured that was Samoset. That is a VERY nice resort! Went there years ago for a week. Kittery is cool. Im betting those lobster rolls came from one of the shacks up there. They tend to be the best places to eat.

The last two lobster things (roll and plain lobster) was from bosons landing.

you must have been :crazy2: all weekend :passout:

They've had that policy for the last 11 years that I've been going there. I get a glass, fill it 1/2 with water and smoke on the balcony. November in Maine.... Besides a little shrinkage no ill effects.

In past years I've endured blizzards, 70 degree weather there. This year was a cake walk.
