As far as the economy or lack thereof, give this example some thought.
1. You drive 12,000 miles a year.
2. The truck gets 15 mpg.
3. Annual gas use, 800 gallons.
4. A truck you weren't really interested in gets 20 mpg.
(If you had been interested in it, you would have bought that one.

5. Annual gas use to drive the truck you didn't want, 600 gallons.
6. 200 gallons extra @ $3 a gallon = $600 per year extra to drive what you want.
7. That's about the cost of one of those soft drinks per day to be happy.
