No, not rich by any means. Just now going to blow what I have left from inheritance on this toy! It's do it now or never be able to. I'm just a working stiff like the rest of us!

Dealer is dying to see it as well! It's the most optioned one they've ever ordered! Although it did not go too much into the Exclusive shop, it sure did pick-up performace items short of the X51 power kit (26HP gain for $17K..NOT) that kit was way overpriced. A few minor mods and I'm past 26HP.

I just got word my Porsche C2S has arrived at the prep center location of the dealership! :woohoo:



I'm going to sneek out and get to see her today I hope!

No question the kit is over priced but it is completely factory and comes with the factory warranty. It also does include substantially more than a few aftermarket bolt ons.



The factory X51 gets you an enlarged carbon fiber air box with two (not one) intake snorkels, completely different aluminum intake manifolds (as compared to the standard 3.8), different heads, different cams, different exhaust manifolds and an ECU reprogrammed to optimize the changes. It also includes the PSE. The drivability of the package is incredible (and really different than the standard 3.8 which is still awesome). Lots more low end torque (and throughout the power band) along with an increase in peak HP and a freer reving engine than the standard 3.8. Becareful of aftermarket claims in the world of Porsche. The factory does a good job getting things right on the NA cars and most aftermarket modifications may increase the peak HP numbers but the result is frequently a decrease in low end torque.



You already have arguably the coolest option in the book in my opinion. The PCCB's :bigups. The PCCB's are simply incredible with an awesome initial "grab" and absolutely no fade. Not to mentioin they look fantastic.



Screw the dealer prep/detailing go get the car and drive it. Enjoy. We can't wait to hear your initial impressions.

Next week near the end of it as it looks now due to all the items I'm adding. I'm scheduled for the satellite kit on the 13th. Prior to that, the K-40 radar goes in then the last item will be Armorglove once I get done polishing with the Menzerna P085RD.



I hope by Monday I'll have pics as I'll go to the dealer to finish some paperwork and this time, bring the freakin' camera! It may be dirty still, but at this point, who cares!



I started it up yesterday for the first time. Oh man that PSE sound sooo nice. There's even a hack to enable it on all the time, just by disconnecting one clip, it stays loud! :woohoo: :getdown



I wanted to go today to the dealer to get some pics, but have several things to do damn it!



At least next week looks to be really good weather too! :D
