My new enclosed trailer

I finally upgrade from an open 4x6 trailer to an enclosed 4x6 trailer, wanted to share from pictures and get some suggestions and recommendations on shelves and such.

It's a 2003 Express Econo 4x6 Trailer and a single swing door.

I bought it stock with interior plywood.

I painted the floor with garage marble design paint, and covered the walls with white panels. still working on installing some shelves.

Finally done... right now 7/30/09

Add bottle containers on the doors, towel roll holder, MF towel clips, large shelf in the back, various hooks and baskets mounted. and Vinyl Lettering on the two sides and back door. Swapped out the stock 4.80 x 12 trailer wheels for 2 brand new 14" Chrome Rims wrapped in Hankook 185/65/14 tires.

heres the pics:

looks good so far. I started with a small 5x8. The only thing I think you'll be wanting for is a side door.

But, the enclosed option is much better for your ability to lock things up!

The interior job looks great also!! How do you like the Makita genny??

there is nothing fancy about the inside of my trailer.. its all about function.

Haha ok Flawless. This is not about your trailer.

OP:

Looks good. What sort of vehicle are you towing it with?

These look great. Just a suggestion, Make sure that your tires are rated for the weight of all your equipment. In my current job I see too many people looking over this and messing up equipment because of it.

The makita is okay, I like a lot it because of how quiet it is, but it doesn't start sometimes.

Thanks for the heads up, The current tires are good enough to within the weight, but I will upgrade to bigger wheels soon.

tomorrow I am building a large shelf over the water tank and 3 shelves on the door to hold my bottles. and little here and there, then put on my stickers.
