My new detail rig: Mazda Speed3

Congrats on the new ride Todd. You did a great job getting her to the level that we would expect from you.:Dancing Dot:
How did you like the new Meg's system?[/QUOTE]

He and others cannot talk about this yetStop (lol), also Todd let's try and keep this car on it's tires................... "Supercleaness" ..........like the metallic flake!, and the 90"s pinstripe as well(used to pinstripe alot of cars "Back in the day".)

Figured you would have gotten something bigger Todd :Christmas Hat:

Looks great, just don't show the dealer as their customers might expect that level of finish LOL!

Thanks Grungy! I wanted something that was fun to drive and shouldn't flip. We will see how this adventure goes!

Very nice choice Todd:cornut:

Thanks David. Last year I was looking at a Colbalt SS to have as a fun car, but this kind of takes the place of the Colbalt and the HHR, so two-birds, one-stone kinda thing!

Looks great Todd have fun driving your new toy . I believe that your car is built on the same platform as our Volvo C-30 which is a blast to drive .

Thanks Adam!

Very nice car Todd.

I am not sure about this model year, but the previous ones had carpet in them that were such a PITA to vacumm.

Yeah I think its the same carpet, lol. Thanks for the compliment!

ZoomZoom :Car smiley:

Looks awesome Todd. Love the color

Thanks Pat!

Looks great and you have added the WOW factor.

Looks a little low for deep snow. Oh wait, your in Florida. Only snows there when my wife and I go to Florida on vacation, like last winter.

LOL I detailed an Acura NSX on that day (the one day it snowed in Central Florida, lol. Sorry to hear about your bad timing, I could have used help that day as well.

Congrats on the new ride Todd. You did a great job getting her to the level that we would expect from you.:Dancing Dot:
How did you like the new Meg's system?

Thanks Barry. I cannot even go into specifics regarding the system but I didn't want to 'fudge' what I did to my car.

ZOOM ZOOM!

Looks great Todd!

I could of missed it, but what did you use for a LSP?

Just the DA system wax. Thanks Bryan.

Very sexy Todd !:p

Happy you got your new ride!

Thanks DC! :D

I think he may have used the finishing wax from the D/A Microfiber system.

But I could be wrong.

Correct

Yes, but who knows! He now needs to be call Zoomzoom MazdaSpeed3!

LOL, no! Between Felix's RX8, your Mazda5, and me we should change ProperAutoCare's name!

I'm hoping the lower CG will help counter my apparent inability to do freeway speed drifting! Thanks Bob.

Todd, Looks good. Congratulations.

Thanks for letting me do burnouts in your Corvette! :O

Congrats on the new car Todd! :hurray:

I'm sure it will be a lot more fun to drive...though you may be buying tires more often now! :D

You definitely picked a great color too as the flake in that paint is amazing, especially in person!

Nice ride Todd! We bought a regular 3 for our daughter - great car, I'm sure you'll appreciate the turbo version.

:-? It's easy to differentiate whether the owner of red / black / dark colors DD car is a passionate detailer or not by judging his/her car condition . Nice car Todd, great choice of color :hurray:

Hey Todd,

You are going to love that car, I have just the regular 2010 Mazda 3, same color too and have been soooo happy with it. Looking back at it with such a small difference in price I wish I would have gone speed3, would have been more than affordable. I test drove the speed3 and boy can that thing move. It can really haul some cargo though, I have fit all my detailing stuff into it (probably not as much as loot) and once those seats are folded down its great. I hope you enjoy it. Here is mine...

Another Mazda3 owner, as of last week. Celestial Blue Mica, soon to have window tint and TSW Nurburgring wheels. As soon as this NC rain/snow streak comes to an end, I'll clean it up and post some pics. Love this car, it's so much fun to drive I'm considering selling my weekend car just to make room in the garage for it!

Black wheels!!!!!Black Wheels!!!!!!!
Maybe Black chrome!!!!!!!
gotta love that red.........looks really glowing
Enjoy your ride Maestro Todd!!!!!!

Nice car Todd! I wish I would have stepped up to the speed3 instead of just the regular 3.

For the couple guys who have mentioned that they have 3s as well, you should check out Mazda3Revolution. The forum is almost completely dedicated to 2nd gen 3s, and you don't get any of the "nice smiling car loser" talk from any of the guys there that you get at all of the other mazda3 forums.

Not sure if you are into modding at all, but check out CorkSport if you ever catch the modding bug, lol. They make some high quality products and are exclusive to the mazda community.

Enjoy the new car!

I'm on Revolution and really like the site, very friendly. I should be more active there.
