Hey, everyone.......



I'm brand new to the forum, as you can see by my post count! Just a quick comment and question and then I'll be browsing forever.:)



I've been a Zaino user since last summer. Personally, I've been polishing cars for over 30 years and its the best I've used.



QUESTION: When I clay in a couple months, is Mother's clay bar a good product? Mothers is easier to get than Zaino Clay bar and I was wondering if all clay products are pretty much the same.

I am absolutely anal about how my car looks, so you'll be hearing from me alot.

The Mothers clay bar is a great product. I personally prefer it to the Zaino clay bar, though the Zaino bar is also excellent.



Another good locally-available product is Clay Magic. Many AutoZones carry it.
 
If Clay Magic is an option then I would definatly use that. Its just a little stickier than the Mother's clay and I find that it drops far less. Plus it works like a champ! :xyxthumbs

Mothers clay is a very good product, I have used it several times. Clay Magic is well regarded here, but I haven't used it personally.

Thanks man. :up You are going to love using clay. Once you realize how easy it is and what a difference it makes you may just beat yourself in the face with a polisher for not having tried it sooner. It really is awesome the way it works. Its the only product I've ever used that produces such dramatic instant results that everybody can feel.
