I just ordered some



a purple foamed wool buffing pad (i hear they are GREAT pads to work with sip)

SIP (i have IP but just wanted to see the differences)

Menzerna po85 finishing polish ( i have 106 and just wanted to see how they compare)

(the big one) Pinnacle souveran... im thinking about painting my car black and i want this wax to go with it lol



then onto my next order...

Well i know most of you guys wont care but... im pretty excited. Any advice on using the products?
 
i dont really like zaino's clay bar... its very soft imo.... i use it on my charger srt8 that has very very little need for a clay bar because its not driven very often, but on a daily driver it seemed to get caught on the larger particles rather than remove them. It sounds funny but my fav clay bar is the mothers that you get right off the shelf at autozone or pepboys.
 
^^^^ agree on the claybar



the mothers clay will remove at a moderate rate, while a sonus gray block bar will remove at a faster pace, but leave more marring. (for comparison)

Really? Z18 is my favorite clay. IMO the perfect mix of mildness (not marring paint too badly, I always seem to get *some* marring while claying) and effectiveness.

darn! I have two almost new bottles of IP and FP I would have let go. Im in the opposite situation, I have IP and FP but want to see what all the hype is with PO85RD and SIP. :(
 
Did they bring PO85RD back on the market? Last I heard they discontinued it since it was so close to PO106FF. I have a bottle of both and cannot tell the difference.
