So I thought about what Dave Fermani said about posters who only post pics or just in click and brag. I decided I would just make 1 click & brag thread per month, and spend the rest of the month replying in threads I thought I could add something relevant to the discussion. So here goes. It will be a very short description of methods followed by some pics I thought were interesting.
1st 2006 Honda Pilot- 1 step detail and interior leather cleaning- horrific buildup of leather dressing, and never having been detailed there was cracking in the leather.
Swirled paint
Yikes the amount of dressing on these seats
50/50 drivers seat
top down 50/50
Armrest 50/50
Process for the leather was - Roger Kohs leather doctor products, then even hit them with OPC at 10:1 and a toothbrush.
Exterior Sun shot before
Sun shot after - Process was UNO on HD OJ with FLex. LSP was Detail King Supreme SHine sealant thanks to Bud for the free sample! Really liked this product and it really was very easy to work with. Id say about solid 85% correction

2012 Honda Civic New car Prep + Cquartz treatment. Car is off to a great start.
Simple process here just went with PO85RD on Green HD Pad with GG DA after a good wash and claying. Customer brought the car to me completely filthy right off the lot and insisted the dealer detailers DID NOT touch it at all! Just great
Final Pics

My car - 2006 VW GTI - Full exterior detail, my daily driver, FLex with HD OJ pad SiP, finished down with Uno on Green HD pad, Opti-coat 2.0 (because my baby deserves it) Only a couple pictures of the finished product.

2004 F150 upon arrival - Polish - Uno on OJ HD pad with Flex - 1 step polish long time customer just purchased this truck used - LSP BFWD
50/50 of hood
Finished truck
About 80 - 85% correction.

Finally, just some odds and ends. These door jambs and gas cap were from a detail prior to trade in....absolute horror. NO finished pics of car, was on a tight timeframe.
As Peter Gabriel said GIMME STEAM
Finished after steam + 3D APC and lots of toothbrush scrubbing and about 10 MFs filthy.
And teh GRAND FINALE. I am hoping Ron Ketcham is reading this far. I need to know....can the ValuGuard trim restore system save this?!?!?!!?!?!! If so I have an automatic upsell for this customer. I told him I would get back to him after hearing from you. this is from the white f-150 pictured earlier and this was taken AFTER a thorough wash with 3D Orange degreaser and getting hit with 3D Bug Remover.
ANyway, thanks to those who made it this far. Sorry I didnt go in to detail about process used. Ask me whatever, Ill answer. I just didnt want to be one of the crowd who just posts pics and actually I am trying to set aside some time to be a more active contributor. Peace and happy detailing.
