My first test subject (2005 Nissan Sentra)

Hi everyone, I have been around at detail city for awhile and after reading all of you guys post. I got very interested in detailing so, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Ty from Utah. Here is some pictures of my work today.

My process:
-Meg Gold Class Car Wash
-4 Star Clay
-Meg DACP
-4 Star UPP

Took me about 4 hours lol But hey it was my first time. :lmfao

Still having trouble getting all the swirls out tho but good so far!

Good job on the detail. Are you doing this all by hand or is there some machine work involved. If you want an easier, more effective way of getting swirls out, I would start looking at a PC and some good pads. Make sure you drop by the new members section to give yourself a proper introduction. Keep up the good work.

your detail looks real good.Im liking the reflection shot with the tree in the backround..Great results by hand just imagine if you had a PC..

Actually I did this with a PC and I was using Hi-Gloss Constant Pressure Pads (white and Red)

:bigups Very nice work so far. Using the DACP and PC take a little getting used to, but you seem to be getting the hang of it. Hopefully you'll be at our next spring cleaning day next month and you can hone your skills a little more.
