My first real job this Wed.

I had a few stomach problems myself. My doctor had me change my diet (still a work in progress). No caffeine(chocolate, anything containing caffeine etc), lots of vegetables, and a few other things. I'm not 100% better, but I'm a lot better.

Glad that your tests came out good.
I havent been wanting chocolate or coffee. I thought I missed the coffee and had a cup the other day and ended up throwing it out because it tasted bad to me now ,and then I was up half the night and couldnt sleep. I used to eat unsweetened bakers chocolate all by itself !But dont want it anymore at all.

My guess is the coffee/chocolate is too acidic for your stomach .

Not trying to get you to have caffeine but you can try green tea, its much milder caffeine and better for you.

Vegetables are usually great and most people dont get enough! For some reason I cant tolerate vegetables much anymore either .

Maybe I should just stop eating altogether! LOL

Many people cannot handle wheat or dairy and is the root of their problems.Or if your over 50 may need digestive enzymes .

DC,

Please e-mail me if something like this happens. You have proven yourself to be a great friend, and I am concerned for you. I am on here from time to time, but things are far from being back to normal, so I missed this thread.

I hope all is well, and please take it easy and feel better.
Barry ,dont be concerned ! My tests showed nothing!
Im getting better ,just not as fast as I would like.

You just take good care of your self and stay in touch,Ok!?:)

I am on something similar… have been since I was young. No caffeine, fried foods or anything too acidic like orange juice.

DC I hope you get your full strength back soon and don't over do it. I've had back problems for a couple months and while I feel fine most of the time when I over do it it hurts like the day it happened. Running after the dog will make it hurt pretty quick
Thanks Rocket!
Regular yoga or stretches woulkd help your back out lots!:)
