I've been a member here for a few years and I must say one of the features I love most about Autopia are the before and afters. Well, we had a little snow here last week and my car got filthy dirty. :idea So, I decided this would be the perfect opportunity to do my first before and after. (hopefully many more to come) Just a simple wash and wax nothing dramatic. Anywho, here it is...

Process:

Wash with Meg's Deep Crystal

Simple green on wheels, tires

Rinse

Dry with microfiber

Meg's Cleaner wax

Top with Meg's #26

Second to last pic you may notice a difference in the front fender. It is unpainted. A hit and run in Home Depot parking lot. :wall So I have the panel on but needs to be painted. Most people can't tell unless I point it out to them. I keep it waxed and polished up.

Is that deep or what?!

Very nice looking black car. I like how the wheels give it that stealth look.

Thanks for the kind words fellas. Scott, Meg's cleaner wax suprisingly does very well at bringing out the flakes and depth from dark metallic paint. By itself, it attracts too much dust and doesn't bead for too long. #26 seems to help with that.
