This morning I booked a coating for Monday (another paid day off) so I was excited and then I saw the 25% off sale and I decided to treat my car like a paying client so I could justify placing an order tomorrow. Haha. I have some wants list items to check off and this is a good time to do it.

Started with Poorboys Beta Foam soak and then rinsed. (Car was just spotted from rain.)
Dried with spray and gloss

Wheels and wheel barels had been cleaned thoroughly last week and the car had not been on the road. Rinsed them off after some foam and then applied more hydro2 lite. Dried with blower on my shop vac. Used qd+ as final drying aid and in barrels too.

Another layer bold n bright gel

Engine steamed as best I could and wiped with spray and wipe

Added fresh coat of sonus trim and motor kote under hood and valence panels on side and rear. (I use qd+ on the front spoiler)

Couldn`t decide on Liquid Nattys Blue OR Red, so I took some liberties....

thats liquid blue and red together

And you know I had some Spray and Gloss in the fridge!

Here`s some pics...It was a good day. Now to fill the cart...

I love my front end.

that was about high noon or 1pm (sun was not cooperating at all)

maybe tonight. I still have about 2 oz of the mix left

but im really wanting to pull in the truck and use the new PBL Sealant I have coming in today on at least the hood...will have to see how the weather works out since I live in SEATLE texas these days - haha (raining all the time lately)

I know a lot of people say you cant see the difference when layering

I call BS on that

I can clearly see the deep hues from LNB and brightness from LNR together - this is a killer combo IMO and I plan on doing this again

Brandt, this whole business is all about what you see, not others ...completely subjective "picture" ...

it reminds me of a guy I saw at a show about 30 years ago and he was cleaning his Desoto with a kitchen rag and pledge ... I looked in total amazement and thought at first how could you do that , but he had the biggest smile on his face like he was cleaning up a Ferrari .. to him it looked like a million bucks and that`s all that really counts.

true. also one of the Hardest concepts for me to grasp with regards to my buddies and their bad methods and products

for two years I tried and tried to get through to them, now I just host demo`s and post videos and give away products...slowly..some are coming around

in fact, at our monthly M&G I will be demo-ing both Bold n Bright`s to show everyone how to properly dress a tire (no more aerosol cans for them,lol)
