My Cobalt in Winter Clothing

Since winter is just around the corner, the car has been rustproofed and the winter wheel's thrown on. I finally had a few hours to myself to remove some swirls, and skipping buffer marks on the trunk from the dealer.

So in short: I started at 8:30pm, then got interrupted by my girlfriend, and had to resume at 11pm - finished the first coat of LSP at 2:00am.

SIP/OrangeCCS/Flex

PO106FF/BlueCCS/Flex

99% IPA wipe down

LSP: Blackfire Wet Diamond w/Gold CCS applicator 2:00am

LSP: Blackfire Wet Diamond w/Gold CCS applicator 10:00am

Blackfire Spray Gloss Sealant

Windshield: Aquapel

Side/Rear: Rain-X

I plan to put on two coats of Blackfire Midnight Sun in the next couple of days.

**Blackfire is super slick, and lives up to it's marketing IMO.

Nice! are those Blizzak tires? How do you like them?

Nah, they are Goodyear Nordic Winter's from Canadian Tire. They were like $81 each - can't complain, and they had free installation.

I like it, it's simple, cheap and easy to clean. Best part is the $27 (Canadian) fillup's with the GM 20 cents per litre for 2500litres discount. Still have another 1800 litres to go, (42l tank)

The car is looking nice and glossy.

You should remove the side mouldings. I did it to my Pontiac G5 sedan and it look way better without them.
