My Aerospace 303 STINKS!!

When the wife and I got in our car today she said "What is that awful smell?". It's not as bad as yesterday but still it's unpleasant.



However, I used it on my interior last night so I got a good look at the results today in daylight. I must say that the 303 looks really nice. I've been using Mother's Protectant before this which I thought was nice but it does have more of a shiny look. The 303 made my interior look "new" as opposed to "detailed". Very nice. :xyxthumbs



I really hope that I just happened to get a bad batch. I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt and try it again because it looks really good. Only one more chance though.

Got ahold of 303 Friday afternoon and spoke to a rep. They are going to send me a new quart of 303 this week.



They also requested that I send back the old stuff that I have so they can evaluate it. They also believe, like others have said here, it could have been frozen in transport. Even though I'm in Florida; it may have been stored in a warehouse and frozen.



I'll keep you folks updated on what happens. I'm really interested to see what caused this problem with the 303.
 
I'm worried a bit now. I recieved mine during the coldest week of the seasn and there were some ice crystals at the opening (I grabbed it minutes after UPS dropped it off) I smelled it and it didn't have an odor.



I should check it now that it's had a few days
 
Thats great to hear of 303's customer service. Glad to hear they stand by their product and are actually interested in improving/diagnosing the problem rather than just appeasing you.
 
I got the package today.



32oz of carpet cleaner/spotter

32oz of Aerospace- It has NO odor at ALL. I am keeping this bottle inside the house to risk any damage to the chemical.

303 windshield washer fluid tabs

303 wiper treatment.





These guys are great.



Sending the stinkey stuff back tomorrow!
