Mustang Cobra with the Kamakaze collection

This was coated over 2years ago,was in for recoating. Correction done with m100 on micro pad, polished with Essence on yellow Rupes pad. Coated paint with Kamakaze Myabi and ISM. Wheels with Gyeon rim, glass with Gyeon view, tires with tyre.

Nice work as always. Perfect timing as I just ordered Essence this weekend to go along with Myabi / ISM I already have for my mustang.
 
Mike, a few questions if I may ask?

1. With Essence, did you use any "paint cleaners"/prep before applying your coating? or is Essence safe with other coatings?
2. How is Gyeon View? Have you tried Forte, Gtechnique, Optiglass or Nanolex Ultra Glass?

No I did not use a pre coating cleaner. A friend of mine who was at SEMA and talked to Carpro was advised it was okay with other coatings. The cars I have used it on I see on a regular basis so I can tell if there is a problem. I did try forte but I found it didn't last very long. I have had view on mine for a year and it is now starting to fail.i hope that helps?
 
Just started looking at the K Collection a week ago.

A few questions also on the Myabi/ISM combo.

1. beading characteristics (small/tight or larger beads)
2. slickness
3. does it darken the paint

Insane beading, nice tight beads, fairly slick, overcoat keeps it slick, adds a very rich look much like a really good wax.

Mike, I have fouind the Gyeon Cancoat to be fast, easy, slick and tiny tight beads. How do the 2 compare. I am over 6 months and its still a beading beast.

Can coat is not as thick as either MOHs or Kamikaze. I do love the product but I don't think that you will get 2-3 years duration from it.
if that is not a concern then I see no reason to change.

I really do like the Kamikaze ISM and Overcoat a lot. I do want to try Myabi at some point.

Wow, I have essence also and didn't even think of this combo. Guess what's next :) Cquartz is nice but Kamikaze is really nice lol.

Btw, it seems Cancoat is similar to EXO v1 ? Who cares if it's 6 months or a year if it's as easy as I think. I'll pick it up in my next order, for now I got MOHs / Booster / Tire Coat to play with.
 
This is what Kamakaze Myabi and ISM look like after several months overcoat used twice,washed with Gyeon Bathe and outside 60% of the time.
