Hey all, I've been working on winterizing my '05 Mazda3 for the past couple weeks. The only before picture I have is of one of the wheels. The OEM pads dust a lot so I thought it'd be good to see before/after shots. Also, I did a half/half shot of the drivers seat. One half is before and one half is after an application of Meg's Detailer Line Leather Cleaner & Conditioner.

You'll notice that some pictures are in sun and some are not. I took pictures (3 different times) over a 2-day period so that's why there is a difference.

Process:
-Wash w/NXT
-Clay w/Meg's Clay & DP 4-in-1 as lube
-Polish with PB SSR1 & white LC pad
-Klasse AIO
-Klasse SG x2
-PB Natty's Blue x2
-Meg's High Endurance for tires
-PB Wheel Sealant
-Meg's NXT Glass Cleaner
-Meg's Quick Interior Detailer
-Meg's Detailer Line Leather Cleaner & Conditioner
-ClearKote Quik Shine for final wipe-down

WOW those cloud pictures are crazy.....you have good photography skills and detailing skills ....... most of the people on this site can clean the bejeezus out of a car but cant take a picture to save their life ..... those pics look like there from a magazine good work

Looking good, nice to see shs ready for the winter. And nice pics i like th intrior one looking from the back seat, its a cool pic

Thanks for the kind words! I've been trying to pay attention to how the good photographers out there take pics of their cars. I guess even cloudy days make for good pics :)

The pic from the back seat was going to be one of my favorites. The only thing is that there's too much light coming in from the windshield so it over takes the rest of the interior. I'll probably try that shot again on a darker day. I really like the layout of it.

Again, thanks for the compliments!!!

The guys are right, your photography skills are top notch! As are your detailing skills obviously. Most of us here work very hard to make sure our detailing skills are sharply tuned, but our pictures don't always show it the way we'd like it to. Your pics really make the work stand out, keep it up!

All i have to say is WOW good job!!!:yay the second pic of the rim holy smokes that rim is gleaming. and i agree with everyone else you have great picture skills. well i hope it all lasts for the winter. :santa1

Thanks guys, I really appreciate the compliments!!!

Pockets@PBW, the "after" shot of the wheel only had 1 coat of PB Wheel Sealant on it. I've since applied two more coats. This is the first time I've used it and I absolutely love it. I'm hooked!!!

The shot of yourself over the headlight was cool, nice work on two different surfaces!

The clouds on the hood shot is a prize winner. You can sell that one!

Nice car - nice detail!

Tell me about it Bunta. Here in Indiana we don't have to have front mounted license places. However, we purchased the car in Cincy, OH where it is required so they already had a license plate holder mounted on the car when we purchased it. I was expecting the holes to be bigger than what they are so that's the only good thing.
