For everyone that has employees I was wondering if you are required to keep a log of the MSDS sheets for the chemicals you and your employees use. I got to thinking about this as OSHA just went through our shop (machine shop). Does OSHA regulate working conditions in detail shops or just manufacturing type enviroments?

Unfortunately, the OSHA requirements apply to EVERY place of employment, and there is no minimum employee limit.

Boy, have I got work to do.
I'm constantly amazed by the additional costs involved in adding an additional employee. Even if I DOUBLE my volume, I end up with a 10% increase in net profit! Why even try!!!
