Mr. Clean Magic eraser

My wife uses these to clean things in the house, and i saw them marketed as automotive magic erasers. So i gave the ones my wife had a try on the car, and it did a great job on the rims. It usually takes me forever to clean rims w/ a mf towel, so maybe it is my technique, but it took no time at all to get the rims clean. Either way, i only used the eraser and nothing else (no solution).

So that being said, i would highly recommend these for getting that stubborn break-dust off easily!

You can also use them with APC 1:10 on interior trim. Gets the black marks off of light colors quick and easy.

What kind of wheels do you have on your car. The Mr. Clean box says not to use the erasers on painted surfaces. If you have OEM wheels there's a 99% chance they're painted.

I use these on vinyl & plastic interior parts all the time & they're GREAT. I try to keep them off leather as leather is essentially a painted surface.

The regular ones clean the glass better than anything I have used.

Glass huh? That's probably the only thing on a vehicle I haven't tried them on.

I have the stock rims on my tsx, but why would it be bad for painted surfaces? It didn't do any damage that i could see...
