In my opinion you have every reason to be frightened by that surgery. I couldn`t get mine to stop bleeding for over 2 weeks. Had these big 12 inch Kotex pads taped to my back. Take one off and blood would just flow out of me.

That`s a visual I didn`t need.........
 
Hope you get better soon. I had back fusion 20 months ago and will probably have another within 6 months. My surgery went through the stomach so I didn`t have to bleeding problem. Old age sucks. Take care.
 
Wow Mark , here we go again! I certainly am praying that this recovery is better than the last and all the other surgeries ... I`m sure with your perseverance you will make a full recovery or what ever a full recovery can be expected ...

i wouldn`t count on the new administration putting any money into stem cell research :(
 
dang mark, sorry to hear you going through this and just in time for the holidays. i think you`ve had just about everything replaced or modified by now. you`re definitely on the prayer list. :sorry:
 
First condolences on losing your Dad. That in itself is enough to deal with . I am so sorry.

I have lost count of how many surgerys but I know that doesnt make them any easier ,harder if anything!

Take it easy and heal as soon as possible and no snow blowing for a while!

I hope you are still able to enjoy the holidays and eat some really good food at least!;)
 
be careful mark, you know what kind of food detailchick means when she says "some really good food", definitely something green and healthy.:o
 
I hope you feel better soon! When I had my rotator cuff done, they told me shoulders take the longest to heal since they have the widest range of motion.
