Moving out- a TON of pics, be warned

Nice home, I hate that I don't have a garage but believe me I will be adding one soon. Also I'm glad to see a young man purchasing a home and not moving into an apartment shows some maturity. I wish my brother and sisters would listen to me when I try and talk with them about the advantages and disadvantages of owning a home.

Sneek: my house in bonavista so its old. It was built in 1975 but is in really good shape

Kelso: I know the feeling, but right now I can afford to move out (just barely) and have made a deal with my parents that will help The thought of moving out was a distant idea untill i relised I could do it

Magiccity33: There are alot of disadvatages to owning a home. There is alot of work and stuff from what I been lol. The big seller for me with a house over an appartment was the investment vaule. Although both will have good vaule a house in this city is much more valuable in comparsion. I know hoses are worth more but i just mean everyone wants a house becasue they have money with the oil

My parents bought this house for a little more than 150. Now its worth about 800-900. Thats what the oil boom does for you.


I think you really couldn't go wrong with an apartment either as long as you own it. I dislike the idea of rent, but thats a different story.
 
Well im finaly in. Got posesion last night, and am now moved in. Tonight is the first night. But i can now say I no longer live at home :D

I haven't seen any of your posts for so long because of dipoma prep. :( I still have 2 more exams until I'm free!
