Hi guys !!

I'm thinking about buying some Mothers wax, Synwax or Advanced Car Wax and maybe Top Coat to top them or other products. I don't know if anybody know how them compare versus AJT, or Zaino or Klasse twins...

I read increadible about easy of application of Mothers waxes, and nowadays I preffer syntethic than Carnaubas (and I've Nattys, CMW, Souverän, P21S, 476S). I've for sealants CG Factory sealant, EX-P, SG, AJT.

Could anybody compare this waxes with the similar synthetic products that I have?

Thanks !!

Don't know about the SYNWAX, but I just tried the Reflections Wax on my Grand Prix (red) and really liked it. Only been on for 2 weeks so can't tell how long it's going to last. Was very easy on/off, nice depth, wetness. Didn't like the smell, still trying to figure out what it smelled like... kinda like bug spray? For an OTC it's good stuff. My 2 cents worth.......

I have been using Mothers Synwax for a while on my silver cars.

Silver is ez to make look good and hard to make look great, Synwax looks great.

Attached photo is my PU clayed and with Synwax a couple of months ago and kept up with Mothers FX Spray wax, both very easy to use.

It seems to be holding up very well.

Mothers products are sleepers (good but not mentioned)...No they are not as good as natty's, sourveran,p21s. But they are above average products that are easy to get and easy to use for the common person who doesn't take detailing so seriously. ( I have about 15 different waxes and 8 diff polishes and glazes) I'm a nut!

I find Synwax to be one of the best OTC sealants available - I definitely prefer it over NXT. Durability is about average (~2 months depending on area climate). It provides a bright, highly reflective look - I would say it closely resembles the look of EX-P.

Mother's products are some of the best OTC out there. The Reflections line is actually really good (good shine and decent durability). The problem around here is noone stocks the "good" Mother's products, so they're hard to find. And, if I'm going to internet order stuff, I'll order other stuff better than Mother's, so in the end, I rarely have a chance to pick some up. It's a shame that Mother's distribution is limited and/or that stores think that the premium products won't sell becasue the "average joe" won't pay for them.

I'd rank the Mother's products as at least as good as some of the other "boutique" brands, i.e. Poorboys, UPP, BF, etc. I would personally rate them below (although not by much) Zaino, Duragloss, Jeff's, and Klasse though.

Both are excellent! Definitely boutique quality with OTC availability.

Reflection smells like a cheap cologne IMO. They are RIDICULOUSLY easy to use and highly recommended.

So, this 2 waxes don't achieve better results than thw waxes I have... I'll receive the Zaino line on friday, I'll check if the results are better than the ones wich AJT (wich has impressed me). I thought about Mothers waxes because of the easy application, for detailings. Putting a Advanced Car Wax and another of Top Coat will be easy, this is the only interesting point as I read.

Thanks for your help !!
