Most proper wash technique (FUNNY VIDEO) or is it SAD?

Jeff

In short, no. But CMA does have the 3M rubbing compound which is for 1200 grade or finer scratches. The Machine polish is for 1500 grades scratches or finer. So the compound is a heavier cutting product and therefore you may not want to use it.

Fine Cut Rubbing compound is Ok to use if you really need to. Just be careful and best to use by hand. If necessary, follow with a less abrasive product to remove any hazing.

:-?

The funny thing is this vehicle will likely show up in a used car lot somewhere and the new owner will wonder what is that smell - mildew.

One a side note, my Dakota had a leak in the back glass that took me a long time to figure out. After a very very hard rain, I would find the carpets saturated with water.

I ended up having to take all the seats and carpeting out then have someone spray water on every crevice to find that one spot where it entered.
