most durable topper

Acrylic Jett is pretty durable and so is the new version of Poorboy's EX-P.

You need to teach me the tricks of EX-P.... :bow

For me, even EX-P+ loses most of the slickness and look after just one wash..... the same products and process for wash that only tickles 845 IW but kills EX-P+

Topper exclusively that is not very finicky and it is durable, Collinite 476S, no question. Even its sibling 845 IW cannot match the 476S toughness. There are some other products that are at least as durable, but if you don't do the rain dance, sacrifice a black hen on full moon and invoke the gods they won't work fine..... Said so, I would suggest 845 over 476S as you only give up 20% or less in durability (845 can go months without a problem) but get better look and easier application.

I use 845 on my dad's car twice a year -- it sits outside, takes a lot of abuse, and still the 845 lasts 6 months.

You know what is odd? I used 845 on a customer's black G35 and he didn't like the way it felt when washing. I'd used EX w/carnauba the time before and he said he preferred it. He also liked the Carnauba Moose I used this time. Go figure. 845 seems slick to me when I wash cars with it, he said it felt kind of grabby. He used the same car wash soap on all three. :nixweiss

EX-P seems to hold up just fine for me using QEW and now Optimum No Rinse.

Nobody's mentioned 1Z Glanz Wax yet. I've had it bead for nearly 6 months

I've had it bead, look good and have decent surface slickness a solid 4 months myself. Really great product, easy to use. Seems to look best on metallic paints.
