blkyukon: SUCKS! I changed positions a lot...Thank god the rotary works quickly, but yes, the worst part of buffing out this one.

I know it's the same on my Yukon but at least on my Yukon I can open the cargo door to get to it :D

Zane- I agree, Magnaflow IMO sound alot better. I think its just a matter of time before Magnaflow wins popularity over Flowmaster.:xyxthumbs

Maybe on a V8 it does. I had one on my Accord for a couple months. Even with an 18" resonator, it was still too loud and there was a constant drone at freeway speeds. Flowmasters don't sound very good on smaller engines either though. I ended up going with a turbo style muffler.

Magnaflow is nice on 4th gen F-bodies, but the Flowmaster for 4th gens sucks, so you won't see a lot of owners recommending it. Honestly, I'd go as far as to say you'll be happy with whatever you choose. Not often do you see people complain about their exhaust choice after it's installed (especially on a V8.)

Nice details, too. If you ask me, Blackfire produced the best look out of all the sealants I used in the past year (FMJ, Z2/Z5, UPP, and NXT.) It does, however, have the biggest learning curve out of the whole group. What I do is apply it to the entire vehicle lightly by hand and let dry for a little while (nothing extreme, maybe five to ten minutes.) By that point, it's usually good to come off with an easy microfiber swipe. Maybe the colder weather was giving you issues? I noticed that if I don't let it sit long enough or if I tried to wipe on/wipe off, I'd get smearing that was difficult to get rid of via buffing with the MF.

Maybe it just comes down to the whole "different people, different experience" thing that we run into so much on this site. I like the stuff a lot, but it definitely is a bit tricky when compared to something like FMJ, which a monkey could use effectively (you know how easily it goes on/off.)

nice details sean. your mom's truck looks nice and rich.

It is a 2" drop all the way around. I went with stiffer in the rear, 1) I got a nice deal on the set and 2) A lot of suspension guru's believe stiffer in the rear for better cornering.

yeah, my friend (who's way into car handling and suspension set up) believes the same thing...something about it helps swing the rear around. does it feel better than before?

hirosh: Feels much better... Brought her into the triple digits today on a controlled strip with no traffic. It felt effortless at that speed and very very controllable. I also took a sharp off ramp at 60 without even sqealing the tires.

I am still getting used to it, but I'm sure it has much more to push.

i really like the way your tires look. they are the perfect blackness for me. not too shiney, but are nice and black. your car is so so so reflective right now. only 200 and some layers to go! the silverado looks great too, the grilll is a huge improvment.
