It's a Holden. GM's Australian subsidiary. The GTO is basically a rebadged Monaro, although it is getting scrapped as the GTO sold very poorly and is lacking considerably in crashworthiness. I guess the GTO shares some chassis remnants from the old Cadillac Catera, and therefore isn't up to par with today's US standards. I think they're going to reintroduce the car with safety updates though.
