Could the mobile detailers here explain what they do as far as hoses and water in climates that freeze? Do you hook your hoses up to the customers spigget with your own hose and if so, how do you do it in the winter cause doesnt theyre water freeze or something? thanks ahead of time.

I use Protect All's Quick and Easy Wash. We don't get a whole lot of really cold days where it stays below freezing for the whole day, but with a bucket of warm water with QEW mixture in it and gloves, I can wash a car when the temps are in the high 20's.

I am in southern Texas and as Scott said it can get pretty cold here and if we have a freeze most folks protect their faucets so the water never freezes BUT it cab be a pain in the butt trying to dry a car in freezing weather or if the wind chill is freezing.



Winter time is great for the holidays, wonderful to enjoy as long as I don't have to work in it.
