Mobil 1 In 5 qt. Jugs

ive seen them at WM and theyre 19 bucks. i dont buy my filter from wm its cheaper at target. but since then i have changed my oil since then and im now running AMSOIL :) now this stuff's good. I previously had tried the Royal purple and found the weight of the oil to be too heavy and to be hones with you i havent changed my oil in 6 months and its still running strong. No oil burning either and it doesnt even look as black as the mobil one would look after 3 moonths.

I've been using those 5-qt jugs from Wallmart for quite a while now. Recently I bought a 12-pack(quarts) from BJ's and noticed that at least 3 bottles were only 75% full. I got ripped off

WalMart signed an agreement with ExxonMobil to be the exclusive retailer of the 5qt Mobil 1 jugs a couple years ago.

Well, I wish they would carry more viscosities in them....prolly impossible now with 10 different grades of M1 and M1-EP. And thanks BradE, for clearing that up.

I have never seen that. It is always less, sometimes more less than others. They seem to fluctuate the price between about $20 and $23.50.

Dang! I need a better WalMart! Where is the little Price Chopper dude when you need him? :D

I'm debating over whether to switch to synthetic at 109k.

I only put 10k on my car and do 5k intervals....hmmmm...it may be worth it since I don't have to switch all that often and we're still getting very cold weather.

This car has to last me haha.
