misleading

That sucks. It has got to be a different truck because the first one has a code key under the handle and the other one does not.

Its just one of the "success stories".. Its not a detailed write up . I believe THATS whats up with that. Looks like the same color to me.

well not really, ford did this on the drivers door only, so im guessing that the pics below it is the one of the extended cab door

?

This was answered before, but I don't think "Search" would find the thread. The pictures are from Autopian Deemo, and they are two chosen from a series of pictures. Just like my Audi pictures, where one is of the hood in the morning, the other is of the rear quarter in late afternoon. Be assured, Deemo got the results in the pictures. There's no reason to fake them, all you have to do is polish the paint as outlined in the article.

I can assure you that Deemo got the results in the pictures. I have many more extreme before and after using the PC and proper pads/polish.

The f-150 at the bottom the difference in the doors, its a either a completly different truck or a different door

Is there any more pics of this truck anywhere?

Whats up with that?

Tyler

I haven't been on the board at all lately but luckily a friend saw this post and pointed it out to me.

The truck is mine and the shots are of the same truck but different door.

The first shot has the entry keypad and is shot under flash as there was ZERO reflectivity.

The second shot is the passenger door after hours of hard work using all the knowledge I garnered from months on this site from all of the experienced and helpful people.

The finish on both doors prior to the work was exactly the same poor condition from poor washing habits.

The finish on both doors after the work was excellent.

David kindly asked to use my pics after seeing my post. To profess the pics are intentionally misleading or false is ridiculous.

Here is the initial post of the truck (thanks to Autopia as I can't find my orginals):

The third shot from that post shows both doors.

And the post from working on the tailgate first:
