minor scrap

My cutomers brand new pontiac G6 got bumped the other day. Apparently she was backing up at the shopping mall and hit a blue car. It appears to be a minor scrap on her rear bumper it is not deep and is small. How can I effectivly repair this for her.

You can try many things. you can cut into it with a buffer/rotary. You might be able to hand rub it out. you may have to wetsand it. So look above.

If it is very minor try some Scratch X. I have had that work wonders before. If that doesnt work step it up a bit with the buffer.
