minimum temp with poorboys products

What must the minimum air temperature be if I'm using ssr1, ssr2, and pwc? Since the nights are getting colder and eventualy winter will be here I'm wondering if I can still use these products when it's about 35-40 degrees.

For pwc, will it still dry to a haze if it's 35 degrees out? The only thing I would have to do is let it sit longer?

First ...I do not detail at night unless you have a controlled temperature garage as it is too damp at night, thus condensation on horizontal panels, which will not allow products to dry properly. As for day time during the cooler or cold months, using the products above 40* should be no problem.

Steve, what happens if I use the products below 40 degrees? (nothing below 32 as I understand that it will probably freeze) Also, will I need to let pwc dry longer if I'm using it in 40 degree weather?

ifyou work small area at a time it will probably be ok, but you will have to wait longer for it to dry..:dunno

Thanks for the info. Yes, even during the cold winter months here in Wisconsin I still like to polish my vehicles. Especially when I get minor scratches from the salt on my vehicles. People rubbing against the car, opening the doors, etc. I think this year I might get a portable propane heater and use this in the garage.

In Illinois I love the portable heater in the garage. I have a propane and a kerosene with a blower. I use the kerosene w/blower to get the temp up where I want it and then keep it there with the propane. It's really fun to be able to get out there once a week or so.....even if it's just to "mess around" in the garage. I love to just "mess around" in the garage. Just "messin round". :) :D :;

I used many of the PB products during the past winter here in New York. I replaced the original wooden doors to my garage with heavily insulated metal doors. Even though it's not heated, the garage remains at 40+ degrees on even the coldest winter days. I had no problems applying the PB products at those temps.
