Detailing a mini cooper and the window pillars are lightly scratched/swirled. These are the black ones that kind of feel like plastic... can i use a light cut with the pc and white pad or will this damage it?? Im not sure if its cleared or what its made of..

any help would be appericiated!!

I have a 2005 S Convertible. The A pillars and on my vert the area ahead of the canvas are swirl magnets - black and softer than the rest of the paint. I have polished mine with Prima Swirl to good effect and even polished my vinyl bonnet stripes.

Oh, BTW, I always try to get an extra layer of LSP on those areas just for a bit of extra protection.

Excellent, thanks alot !!

i just did a mini cooper a couple weeks ago...the John Cooper Works Ed., It was a pretty cool car. I polished out the pillars with White LC and PO85RD. Came out perfect, you can view pictures on my website if you'd like.!
