Still sound like a customer service gig to you?Seems 'BIG MIKE' is on his way to Autogeek..."Where he will be teaching and educating customers"...Sounds like a customer service gig to me.
Mike's a knowledgible guy that sometimes lets his smarter than thou attitude get in the way. That's why I quit MOL, and AG online is just shill city so I'll stick to TID, Detailing Bliss and who knows - maybe I'll try MOL again, maybe.
Mike Phillips is a great guy IMO and I was honored when he let me teach the KBM at his class at Detail Fest or when he told me that I should be teaching the class. I have never found him (personally) to be any more than a Humble and a Very Good Person
Mike is very experienced and really has a great way of explaining information so that beginners and more experienced detailers have a way of understanding. MOL will be a different place without him, but the forum is self-sustaining and has lots of great people. In addition any place that has Mike will benefit from his knowledge, particularly those who seem to need it the most.
As a friend I look forward to hopefully seeing him more and wish him the absolute best luck in his new endevor!
Does anyone else think there may be something to do with 3M buying Meg's and maybe there are some things Mike knows that we all don't yet? Just a thought and maybe way off center but a thought nonetheless.
Wondering how 'Big Mike' will fit in ...customer service, shipping, phones.
This is a old thread, so lets move on to Truth In Detailing.........
