Middle of Detailing - Few Quick Q's

I posted earlier about my black '99 Grand Am that's in pretty typical condition with swirls, etc...

I now have Poorboy's 2.5, 1, Klasse AIO and SG at my disposal. On test panels using 2.5, 1, AIO in order I can achive pretty good results for a daily driver. My 2 main questions are:

1) I started with hand wash and then clay and most of the car sits at that stage. I spent a few hours expirementing with the AIO, 2.5, etc. to see what effect it has (this is all new to me). In the meantime dust has settled back onto the car - it's in my garage and I completely vacuumed it before I started earlier in the day but it must mainly be airborne particles.

What should I do about the dust/lint that has settled? The next step will be 2.5 in the morning. Should I QD, just wipe off with an MF towel dry, or re-wipe with the damp WW I used to dry after the wash?

2) When applying SG with the WOO method, how much pressure do I apply to the pad? Very little or should I "work it in" a little? It seems if I applied it with barely any pressure it would make the drying towel wet pretty quickly - how many MF towels do you go through in applying 1 coat of SG?

Thanks for the help everyone.

If the car sat in the garage all night, just rinse it off and dry.

Little pressure is needed. I usually go through three MFs front and back.

Thanks for the help. It's done now and it looks unbelievable copmared to how it did. I'll post some additional thoughts later but it's 4 am and bed time now. :)
