Microfiber Towels

bottom line... whatever microfiber towel you use, just make sure it performs with no probs and you are good to go no matter what brand it is...

I have some from pak shak that are great and cheaper than most places.

orange and grey vroom from target I use as well, with no scratching or marring of the paint.

have about 70 of the yellow all purpose towels from ADS, can buy them in bulk for .99 cents

Sam's club has decent low nap towels. Not good for every use, but they do not scratch.

I bought a 24 pack of sams towels. they performed OK in the CD test with light pressure but failed horribly when I put pressure on them (probably more than you would use buffing the car)

I'm a fan of the gray Vroom towels from Target as well. Although, I haven't been able to find them anymore. Just the orange ones and striped ones. (I won't use those.) The yellow drying towel from Viking worked great for me, but I can't find that either. Definitely recommended.

I'm waiting to get into the Costco yellow MFs and Carrand gray/yellow MF.

My favorite at the moment is Autogeek's Cobra Gold MF. Especially when they are BOGO.

I only use SONUS MF towels. Fantastic towels. More expensive but worth every penny. Uber is also great, you can find some from Phil at Detailers Domain he has a sale going now until June 20th I think ...

I actually took the recommendation of a previous poster and went to K-Mart and bought some Viking towels. I bought some of their green detailing towels which are incredibly plush and the XL yellow drying towel. I am very happy with them, although I have not tested them out yet though.

^ me too am glad about the viking mf towels at k mart. just last week they had them on sale and bought a 9'sq waffle weaved drying microfiber towel for $10 loved it and replaced my absorber with this one.
