micro scratches on SGed hood

thanks to my girlfriend who had the nerve to put her finger on the dusty hood and decided to write something. I got so mad. Now I see these small micro scratches. Its only on a small area of the hood. Should I AIO that Area again and SG? Or just put some SG on only?
