Messy Blazer (pics: 56k warning)

Detailed a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer today. The interior was hideous! The stains smelled and look like vomit. This SUV is kept outside and hardly ever washed.

The paint was in pretty bad condition with some clear coat failure on the hood. The entire hood and front bumper were covered in rock chips.

Six hours with the following process:

-Wash with GC

-Clay with TOL Clay

-#83 with Megs Cutting Pad via PC

-AIO with LC Polishing Pad

-SG by hand (wipe-on, wipe-off method)

-Carpet using GSRstilez's method (some stains did not come out)

-Lexol Leather Cleaner on seats

-Hi-Temp Tire Dressing

-Stoners IG on windows

Looks awesome...I purchased an Indigo Blue ZR2 Blazer over the winter that is in dire need of a detailing..

I hope my detail comes out as good as yours! Nicely done

Great work - can't say I'm looking forward to being given a car like that to detail, but I know it's only a matter of time!

Ben

Nice detail.

I find it interesting that you went from #83 with a cutting pad straight to AIO. Did you get any marring from the #83?

Nope no marring or hazing. I usually go from #83 to HT Light Cut Polish, however this time nothing was required in between.

She was definately a challenge. The owner was extremely happy with the end result.
