Messed up on touch up paint..

Hi.. I was trying to touch up this scratch on my door handle..

and I put too much touch up paint.. I didn't use a toothpick

i used the brush it came with like a idiot... should have checked

here first.. Im wondering if there's anyway to fix this..

it looks wierd on my door handle like a lil blob of paint..
 
I'm pretty sure somone like david B (I think it was him, not positive though) did a how to on this.You miught want to search for it.
