I believe this was a SS paint. It fought me every bit of the way. I was unable to get the paint to the level that i really expect. It really turned out nice though. Sorry about no before shots. I worked for about 8 hours on the car and didnt have time to snap pics.

Enjoy!

Nice work Greg! The paint has a nice glow to it in the second and third pictures. I am going to critique one thing though, it looks from the first pic like you forgot to dress those wheel wells.

haha i knew that would happen. The wheel wells on this car were like none i have ever seen. The plastic was only about 4 inches wide and only behind the tire so that was dressed. The other part was paint with was all tared up. I tried to use some cleaner wax to clean them up but had no luck, I could have spent another hour or so and gotten them decent but i gave the freinds 50 percent off so thats kinda why i didnt attack them with clay. By the way my finger were and still are killing me from running the pc on 6 for about 4 hours!

how do you get them purdy lines in the carpet. :jump

you mean the golf course? haha. I use the adams ds and then oxy mix and then extract it with my 6hp shopvac. Just change the direction that you extractwith each pass. It works great but more importantly it looks cool!

Looks great man, glad to hear the MN weather is getting better for you detailing guys up north. I'm sure your friends are going to be happy for along time to come. :D

Wait a minute.... by DS do you mean the Detail Spray? :stupid I read it in this post and the smell removal post and I got confused... I dunno if it is just an error or what.... because even though it's a wonderful product I don't think i'd use it for carpets....

BUT great results anyways! Silver is tough to get a nice shine from. Good job.
