Menzerna Wax = Klasse AIO?

Today I received my 1st bottle of AIO and well, after looking at the product, smelling it, feeling it, using it, I've realised it is the same or very close to Menzerna's Wax.

I even used them in two doors side by side and couldn't tell the difference, and they both come from Germany, right?

oh BTW............the look may have been the same, but the Menzerna will not protect. Just polish.....if you have the polish & not the intensive.

:up

PEACE

In fact you may have one or maybe two Menzerna products. I have FIVE.

One agressive paste compound, one fast cut compound, the intensive polish, the final polish and a sealant wax.

The sealant wax is like the AIO. They both look like, feel like, smell exactly like, apply the same way and the results are the same. I haveone side of my car with one AIO and the other with the Menzerna's. Both sides are toped with UPP and P21S.

Couldn't find no diference so far, just in the bottles.

So, I'm not saying it's the same, but similar products they really are.

I forgot to mention, my car was all prepared with the fast cut, intensive polish and final polish, before the sealants and waxes.

You can bet you could!

First I had those five samples I've mentioned, then I've ordered 2 x 1 L bottles of each Fast Cut, Intensive and Final polishes and the sealant wax. You can do all work with them and then, if you want, top it with UPP, P21S or leave it just like that, as Mercedes does.

So the Menzerna's wax has cleaners in it like AIO? Wouldn't that remove all of the final polish that you put on?

We can't get the full Menzerna line here in the U.S. We only have access to the Intensive and Final Polishes. I would love to try the wax. If anyone knows of a European distributor who will ship it here, please let us know!

If there was enough people interested I could do that, though it's only available in 1L bottles.

Do you want to be an exporter, jgv? ;)

What does a 1L bottle go for in Portugal?

OK, everybody...here's how it can work. If no one else pops up with an "official" way to buy this product in the US, and jgv wants to be an exporter, I will do this--if we have enough interest to order at least 2 liters. I've done group buys before and it works out awesome for everyone involved.

1L costs about €20.00. The problem is that I have to buy a 6 bottles package at each time. If you can find 6 guys interested, I can ship and accept payment through PayPal.

€20.00 (~$31 USD) sounds like a reasonable price for 1L (about 34 oz), I'm definitely up for it. (Although I would guess shipping from Portugal would be pretty expensive) And it is awesome that you are willing to do this for us, jgv. We'd have to work out an extra botttle for you or something for your effort!

But before we go through all this, I went ahead and emailed the Menzerna US distributor to ask about it. I should hear back from him on Monday I would guess.

Meanwhile, if you are interested in Menzerna sealant, please go ahead and post to this thread.

I'm not sure about the shippment rate but a couple weeks ago I've sent a 250g (about 8,8oz) package to the US, it costed less than €7.00 and took 5 days to get there.

I don't want an extra bottle or something. Maybe if one day I need something from the US you can do the same for me. :up

Hi, I am in Hong Kong.

I am interested as well since we cannot get any good products locally. I would like to know the prices for the fine-cut, intensive and final polishes, and the sealer/wax. Are they all in 1L bottles?

By the way €20.00 IS NOT $31 USD, but approx. $22 USD:rolleyes:
