Menzerna IP Question

Buzz, I haven't used OP so I can't comment.

Its funny, when I read a post about OP, I thought the same.

Maybe someone who's tried both can add some comments.

Alfisti this must be one hell of a polish. Do you have some pics to show off with? I've been using ssr 2.5 the same way you've been using MPP. I only need this polish for most jobs, only thing is it dusts a lot

Paul, There is a couple of new polishes available soon from Menzerna worth trying. PO85U is a final finish that has a Cut on the scale of 3. Another Aussie, Mizzuri has tested it back to back with Optimum. He sanded a car with 2000 then used a cutting pad to completely remove the scratches ( dark Colour) Then switched to a finish pad for Final Finishing ( no pun intended)

There is also a new IP PO85RD3.01. It does not dust like normal IP, is glossier but cuts much faster. It is the IP designed for Ceramiclear paints.

Worth a try anyway !

I'm surprised that Mothers PowerPolish doesn't get more play considering its versatile, available at Pepboys and inexpesive.

DSVWGLI, it is one hell of a polish.

Weekend Hacker, the Ceramiclear polishes sound very impressive...I've been curious to try them since they came out. Since using MPP, I've discovered how much time is wasted from polish dusting, and the cutting polishes dust the most. MPP has halved the polishing time for me. I suspect the new Menzerna polishes still dust. However, when doing a Ceramiclear paint, one has little choice. I'd be suprised if MPP can touch it...I suspect the abrasives would be too soft. But then, it has suprised me in so many ways.

wannafbody, Mothers is always under-rated. I can't quite understand it. :nixweiss
