I've used both IP & FPII with my PC without issue. In fact, IP & FPII are some of my favorite all time polishes. IMO it's tough to find a better finishing polish than FPII. It doesn't dust much, has a nice initial bite to it, finishes down super fine, and is easy to use. IP can be a little trickier, but gives a great result as well. IP has a shorter working time, dusts a bit, and can sometimes be a bear to wipe away. It does finish down pretty fine though and alot of times you can get away with going straight to LSP from IP (not on black though ;-) ).
A lot of people mix IP with Clearkote RMG (70% IP, 30% RMG). I haven't really done it as I'm out of IP currently, but I understand it increases the working time and decreases the dusting. I would imagine since your essentially diluting the IP that it also slightly reduces its aggressiveness.
