If you haven't called a vet I recommend you do so unless she's feeling a lot better. Your dog has the classic symptoms of theobromine poisoning from eating the chocolate.

At the risk of sounding like "back when we were kids we didn't have....", but way back when, my dog ate one of those inch thick Nestle Crunch bars, the ones that are like 6x10"...the WHOLE THING (I think including most of the wrapper)...and he didn't get sick, he just asked me if I had another one...needless to say it was a surprise to me when (recently) I found out that chocolate is supposed to be bad for dogs.
Oh, and Ron, congrats about the mag cover.
