Meguiars Wax

I've been using NXT 2.0 and I'm very happy with the results, thou I haven't noticed it staining any trim like others have said. But then again I try not to hit the trim while I'm waxing.

For stained trim you could always tape it off or just be carefull when going near thoes areas, OR use peanut butter to get it off.

If NXT 2.0 stains the trim, does that me M21 2.0 does also?

My friend has a car that has rubber everywhere (around the door handles, headlights, etc.)that you just can't practically avoid so when we used to use NXT on that...all that rubber turned white. I've been a lot more careful with M21, and I don't think I've ever used it on that car, but it just seems to have a different consistency than NXT. I've only used the 1.0 versions of both.

I've been using Ultimate Quik Wax (UQW) for about a week now--awesome, awesome stuff. I've always kind of scoffed at spray waxes, but it looks great and could not be easier to use. I have it on top of PS on my truck and Natty's Blue on my girlfriend's car. Good bases to be sure, but there's a noticeable improvement after applying the UQW.

I use M21 2.0 on 9 out of 10 details I do. I do not always tape off, and when I do, I almost always remove the tape BEFORE I wax (I use it for polishing).

That said, I have never had a problem with M21 2.0 staining trim. I simply wipe it off while applying it, and it is a non-issue. If you are leaving enough on the trim, for a long enough time to dry out and turn white then something isn't right. In other words, in my experience it wasn't an issue if it touched the rubber, so it shouldn't be for you either...just do a careful job of wiping it off after applying it.
