I had a problem with a free sample of Maguiar's Quick Suds and brought it to their attention, so they would know I didn't hink it performed to my expectations. It left my black finish with water spots and dull.
Maguiars quickly replied to my email and told me they were sorry for the poor performance and would make it up to me. Didn't matter to me... I continued to buy their products, purchasing a bottle of #26 wax which gave my car a drop dead gorgeous shine!!!
Anyway, today, less than a week after their reply, I received a package containing a bottle of Maguiar's Gold Class car wash shampoo and conditioner and a bottle of Maguiar's Quik Detailer.
Now I didn't expect anything in return for reporting on the poor performance of one of their "free" samples but I couldn't be happier with their response to a legitamate complaint. Shows that their are companies that take their customers complaints/suggestions seriously.
