Meguiars NXT Tech Wax 2.0 liquid

Must be just in your area at the moment... I have all 3 types and the liquid

is the most efficient to use. The spray is bit messy, the paste OK but the liquid

seems just right; even application and faster. :)

oh ok.. sorry..

yeah im quite happy with it....

No, I am in souther california and its also $10 here also. Also posted on pepboys sales flyer on their website, so it must be nationally.

Also if you buy the wax, they have promotion where you get free either Supreme Shine or Natural Shine protectant by Meguiar.

I took wax and supreme shine to cashier and the shine rang up as $0.00 so its free. Not bad for $10, wax and supreme shine(normally sells for $6.00). Supreme shine is like armorall but better.

Also don't forget they have current promotion where if you buy the this wax then you get meguiar supreme shine or natural shine for free.

I took the wax and supreme shine to register and the shine rang up as $0.00... So $10+tax for wax and supreme shine(reg==$6)

sale on wax ends sunday 5/3/09==so hurry on down.

Nice price.

My last bottle was ~15 and it was on special.

I saw it at target for 15 dollars too and it even included a bottle of car wash.

Yeah Lowes is also selling the same "kit"

Pretty strong opinion there johndeere, may I ask what you've tried?

NXT is a decent sealant. Pretty good when compared to OTC stuff. Far from the best though

I like to keep things simple.

I believe prep work is the key. I wont spend more than 25 bucks on a wax. The prep work determines the end result.

I have tried a few waxes:

Wolfgang 3.0

Poorboys Sealant

Dodo Juice

Mothers Carnauba Wax

In the end, they all looked the same.

I figure, I might as well just use NXt 2.0 for its easy to apply and remove, decent durabilty, good looks and I love Hydrophobic Polymer Technology.

BTW do you know the difference between a wax and a sealant?

I don't disagree with you about prep johndeere but I must say nxt does have a few downfalls.

Durability sucks. looks fall off quickly for me, extremely quick.

I've seen streaking problems.

Others have talked about it staining trim. Never had it happen to me though since I never got it on trim.

Slickness also falls off quickly also.

It is easy on easy off though and looks good at first.

Like I said, its definitely not the best, but its not bad.

There's other things out there that are just as easy to apply and remove as nxt but doesn't have the same downfalls. There's even some that aren't much more money.

I don't know if your open to suggestions though.
