A good follow up to the 83 is 80 (when using a PC).

After I polish my first section with 80, I always wipe it down with alcohol so I can see what the "real picture" is. 80 does correct... a little filling make take place, but there is also a good bit of correcting being done by the polish as well. The only thing I can tell you is that you are going to see different things on different paints, so do the wipe down after the first section, and check for yourself.
