Meguiars #80 vs. Meguiars #205

I'm contemplating purchasing a bottle of meguiars 205. My question is If the megs #80 and the megs #205 are both rated a 4 on the abrasive level scale what are differences between the two products?

#80 uses Diminishing Abrasive Technology, #205 uses Super Micro Abrasive Technology.



They are both fairly easy to work with, but #205 is a bit easier. #80 will tend to work well on single stage finishes, but otherwise I'd recommend #205.
