Meguiars #8? Anone used this?

I stumbled on some megs #8 on ebay, while looking for more #16 and was wondering if anyone has used it. it says it used for carbon fiber and other composite parts... heres the link:

Well so far I found out its for boats, or carbon fiber stuff but thats about it.

their is a thread by MP on MOL regarding the mold release stuff, in short, not really for painted surfaces.
