Meguairs Heavy cut cleaner?

Hey guys I was just wondering is this stuff safe enough to use byt itself to remove some deep scratches. I'm working on a Chevrolet Malibu right know and I already did dacp with a cutting pad on speeds 4, 5, and 6 with the pc but it didn't remove them all. The scratches aren't that deep where you can feel them with your fingernail but they or over the entire car. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. You can use it with a PC, but it's not all that effective, since the PC does not generate enough heat to use the abrasive properly. If you do try it, you'll have to follow up with #9, or DACP to get the gloss back.



In general though, if you cannot get the defect out with a PC and multiple passes with DACP, it's time for a rotary.
